OUR REFUND POLICY:

We are very sure that you will enjoy and greatly benefit from the educational experiences available at the ACC, provided by Francine Marie-Sheppard and the staff.

If you are not satisfied with anything, classes, workshops, training programs that you have purchased from Francine Marie-Sheppard and the ACC you can have a refund. 

All Classes, workshops and webinars can be refunded the full cost of the class minus the credit card processing fee--usually a few dollars.

All training programs can have the portion that has not yet been attended refunded.  For example, if you want to quit your program halfway through the 4 month period, you can be refunded any fees you have prepaid for the rest of the program.  If you have just started a program but cannot continue, you can be refunded whatever portion of the program you have not completed but prepaid.

We are required by law to post our refund policy on the website, but we never have students ask for refunds, and our Testimonials attest to our students satisfaction.
